Honda Skydeck ConceptFurthermore, to show almost complete CR-Z, Honda uses the exhibition in Tokyo and to present the concept of Skydeck, whose base is expected Japanese company to develop the next generation model FR-V. Honda Skydeck Concept is quite a futuristic design, the front of the car is in the style of the CR-Z. Also impressed huge glass panel, connecting the windscreen and roof, and the way of opening doors – up front in the style Lamborghini, a rear with sliding, such as vans. By Honda were not officially announced that based on the Skydeck Concept will develop new FR-V, but it is precisely the model which can be compared to the concept. The width of both cars is absolutely identical, Skydeck, however, is longer and higher. Most innovative solution in Honda Skydeck is the location of the lithium-ion batteries. They are positioned in the center console, and thereby place for passengers and luggage compartment remained intact.

Toyota FT-86 Concept

Toyota FT-86Undoubtedly the most anticipated car of this year’s exhibition in Tokyo was the concept Toyota FT-86, which, although under the brand of Toyota, was jointly developed by Subaru. The sport coupe has 2 +2 seating and a very compact size – 4 160 mm in length, 1 760 mm in width and 1 260 mm in height and the distance between its two axes is 2 570mm. Concept Toyota FT-86 is equipped with petrol, 2.0-liter engine of Subaru Boxer, whose power is 160 h.p. but the serial version, it will probably be increased to 200 h.p. The other details are known about the joint car Toyota and Subaru are that it is transmitted to drive the rear wheels via five-speed manual gearbox and the brakes are branded ADVICS.
