Subaru presented Hybrid Tourer Concept

The concept of hybrid hatchback Subaru, which the company revealed details and photos a few weeks ago, was officially presented to journalists on the 41st Tokyo Motor Show. Subaru Hybrid Tourer is equipped with a hybrid drive system, which is the first in the world with boxer engine (2.0-liter). In addition thereto, it also includes two electric motors and a set of lithium-ion batteries. One power unit is a 10-kW located in front of the car, as its function is to generate energy to support systems of the car. The other is a 20kW power and is used to drive the rear landing gear at low speeds, sudden acceleration, climbing the dark slopes and harsh weather conditions. Hybrid Tourer concept of Subaru is equipped with technology for regenerating energy from the brakes, start / stop system, the CVT continuously variable transmission. Drive is transmitted to all four wheels, and opening up doors to further reinforce the extravagant appearance of the car.
