The new Toyota Land Cruiser
The entirely new generation of the Toyota Land Cruiser made its debut at the 63rd exhibition in Frankfurt. The car, a 60-year history and sales exceeding 5 million, will continue to be available in versions with 3 or 5 doors, as in the latter has the option of 7 seats. Toyota Land Cruiser has received much altered appearance, with distinct shapes, and construction and is reinforced. The interior of the car has become more spacious and it has improved sound insulation. Options are provided as an adjustable suspension system and surveillance cameras. The car will be available with 4-cylinder petrol engine, whose power is 279 h.p. and maximal torque reaches 385Nm. The unit is combined with five-speed automatic transmission. This modification accelerates from 0-100km/h for 9.2sec and consumes an average of 10.8 liters fuel for 100km run.
Toyota Land Cruiser will be available with 3.0-liter diesel generating power 173 h.p. and reaching a maximum torque of 410Nm. In addition to automatic, this modification will be available with six-speed manual gearbox, which acceleration from 0-100km/h for 11.7sec but fuel consumption is 8.1 l/100 km.
