Volkswagen Polo GTI

Before the world premiere of the new Polo GTI, which will be held in Geneva in early March, Volkswagen disseminate original photos and information about hot modification. Its sales will start shortly after the exhibition, it will be available in three versions and five doors. The car has received a 1.4-liter TSI engine also used by the Seat Ibiza Cupra. He has a power 180 h.p. and maximal torque reaches 250 Nm and is available in the range 2 000 – 4 500 rev/min. The new “pocket rocket” of Volkswagen has to drive the front wheels, and power is transmitted to them through 7-stage DSG dual clutch transmission. The car is able to accelerate from 0-100 km/h less than 7 sec and to develop around 225 kilometers per hour. Volkswagen Polo GTI has also received an improved suspension and limited slip differential XDS, which again is taken from a Seat Ibiza Cupra. Alloy wheels are a pipsqueak 17-inch covered with low-profile tires, the headlights are smoked, as they are added daily and LED headlamps and radiator grille is characteristic for the GTI with modifications of form asks and red strips.
