Mazda introduced an exclusive car that will participate this season in the Britcar MSA British Endurance Championship 2011. He is called the MX-5 GT and hardly need to tell which model is based. Ikuo Maeda, acting chief designer at Mazda, revealed to the publication Autocar, that he and his team are working on a new RX-7. On the occasion of 20-year anniversary of MX-5 (Miata), the Japanese company Mazda has developed a special version of the model, which is called Superlight and will debut at the exhibition in Frankfurt.
