Opel Ampera passed the milestone of its development on 23 April when the first pre-production car model year 2012 Ampera left the pre-assembled line at GM plant in Warren, Michigan. Workers on the assembly line will produce more pre-production models Ampera in the coming months. These cars are not for regular sale, but will be used for testing and verification of target production design, and development of the final software and management systems of the car. European and American engineers will use them and harmonize the overall dynamic behavior of the car. Some of the pre Ampera cars will have very short life because it will be used in tests for safety and structural integrity. The electric car Extended autonomous Opel Ampera mileage traveled to 60 km. entirely on electricity stored in lithium-ion rechargeable battery, while a drop in charge of the battery, electric generator driven by an internal combustion engine can extend range to 500 km. Ampera battery is charging through charger onboard, which is included in a standard household electrical power.

By Opel decided to demonstrate the reliability of its electric model Ampera, drive by car on foot from the town of Rüsselsheim, in the forthcoming Geneva Motor Show. The prototype was charged today with electricity for the first time recently installed at the headquarters station of Opel. Elektromobilat with extended run autonomously, Ampera will use energy from lithium-ion battery accumulating capacity of 16 kWh to make his first trip of 600 kilometers from Rüsselsheim, Germany to Motor Show in Geneva, Switzerland. Behind the wheel of the car will be Director of the Division for the deployment of electric cars, the Opel / Vauxhall Korsini Gerard, who said: “I really look forward to come first miles with our first prototype Ampera during this” virgin “test on public roads . The used Vauxhall Astra is a good hatch back that has all the necessary basics covered adequately. It is a comfortable vehicle and the interior space is sufficient enough for all those riding in it to move around. The engine keeps the noise levels down as opposed to giving your ears the bashing other engines do. The petite vehicle is beautiful and sleek and is excellent for zipping around town day after day.
The fuel efficiency of the vehicle is also a thing of beauty and the company is in the process of downsizing the engine capacity from the regular 2.2 and 2.0 engines to the 1.6 turbo. This is good news for all those interested in the vehicle especially with regard to the high fuel prices of the day. This is for the fuel engine though there is a diesel engine that comes with a 1.9 and 1.7 liter engine giving the consumer even greater choice as far as the Astra is concerned. The three door styling also takes the likeability of the vehicle to a new height and simply put the vehicle is quite comfortable. The fuel consumption in a used Vauxhall Astra remains as good as the latest models.

Opel launches new special version of its compact model Corsa, which is called “Color Race” and was inspired by a rally car Kadett B Sprint, used for racing in the late 60’s and early 70’s of last century. Over the next five years Opel intends to complement its product range with several new models, including compact crossover, mini car, hybrid and electric car.
