As we know from about an year, Peugeot is working hard on a hybrid version of the model 3008, which will be available in spring 2011. and is the first production model in the world whose propulsion system will combine diesel and electric motor. The diesel engine is the 2.0-liter (163 h.p.) and used to power only the front wheels and the electric (37 h.p.) serves to drive the rear axle and maintaining systems in the car.
