Toyota VersoIf you are a resident of the UnitedKingdom, then you are more than likely aware of the need for a car insurancepolicy then why not visit http://www.hastingsdirect.com/. The United Kingdom has a legal requirement that prohibits carslacking adequate insurance from using the country’s roads. If a driver disobeysthis law then either the owner or driver of the car could face paying a heftyfine, or even see their license revoked.
In the past, this law was very unpopular asconsumers did face some obstacles to obtaining appropriate insurance policies. However, this is fortunately not the case today. Today’s consumers face a muchmore accessible insurance industry. There are actually three main types of carinsurance from which consumers can make their selection.
One sort of car insurance is third partyliability insurance. Of the three types, this is the most basic. It meets theminimum legal requirements set forth by the Road Traffic Act of the UnitedKingdom. Every car in the country must have at least this type of insurance.Having this particular type of insurance policy will protect you when yourvehicle does damage to anyone else’s property as well as for any injuries.Provisions can also be added to protect against fire and theft.
