Honda used the ongoing exhibition in Detroit to present his long-awaited sporting hybrid CR-Z, whose sales will start yet this summer. The car does not differ radically from his latest concept, which saw a showroom in Tokyo in November. CR-Z uses a hybrid drive system with a combined capacity of 122k.s. and a maximum torque of 173Nm. It consists of a petrol 1.5 i-VTEC engine and 10-kW electric, hybrid module as IMA (Integrated Motor Assist) is our own development of Honda. The function of the electrical unit is to support the rapid acceleration in gasoline and the need for more power. Two-seater coupe can move into regimes Sport, Normal and Econ, which switch the driver. The standard gearbox for Honda CR-Z is a six-speed manual, but the option will be available CVT transmission in which gears are changed by levers on the steering wheel. Since Honda has not yet revealed what the dynamic performance and fuel economy of the CR-Z. The car has an automatic start / stop system and the safety of driver and passenger care multiple security systems, including anti-lock on the brakes, electronic brake distribution and electronic stabilization. During the official presentation in Detroit, Honda revealed by the price of the CR-Z in the USA will be in the range 20 000 – 23 000 U.S. dollars, as that of other hybrid model of the company, Insight.

This year’s exhibition in Delhi (India) passes under the sign of compact cars. Besides Suzuki and Toyota, respectively, who presented the concepts and R3 Etios, and Honda have prepared a prototype. The car is called the New Small Concept, since Honda has revealed that in 2011. will be marketed in its serial version, which will be with a different name, but it is almost identical to the concept. Model is planned to be produced in India and Thailand, and will first appear precisely in those markets, and later in other developing countries. The car is likely to be introduced in Europe, but at a later stage. Honda New Small serial will be low enough to cause the interests of consumers in developing markets, but will have everything you need to sell in Europe. Despite its small size, the urban car has room for five. Honda’s engineers turned their attention to the aerodynamics and argue that the model will offer excellent fuel efficiency.

People’s attitudes towards cars has changed radically over the past few years. Until recently, customers wanted to have large and powerful cars, but when their preferences are aimed at practical and economical vehicles. The dimensions of the concept are 3 400 mm length, 1 439 mm width and 1 750 mm height in the interior and has room for the driver, whose seat is positioned in the middle, and two passengers behind him. The function of the side mirrors is performed by two cameras, the images are displayed on the windscreen, which acts as a display and is also used for navigation.

Honda revealed the price of the new version of its popular Crosstour model Accord, which will be available only in the U.S. market. Car sales will start on 20th November, the price of base modification of 29 will begin at $ 670 and EX performance reaches up to 36 220 in the EX-L. The new version of the Accord is designed to meet the changing needs of U.S. customers are already looking for a cheap, but sure enough crossover. Honda Accord Crosstour will be available only with petrol 3.5-liter V6 i-VTEC engine that has a power 271 h.p. at 6 200 rev/min. but its maximum torque of 344 Nm achieved at 5 000 rev/min. The unit is combined with six-speed manual transmission. In carrying EX model will be available only to drive to the front wheels, while the EX-L enable it to be four. In standard equipment includes a panoramic roof EX, 2-zone air conditioner, audio system with CD player and 7 speakers and 17-inch wheels.

Honda Skydeck Concept is quite a futuristic design, the front of the car is in the style of the CR-Z. They are positioned in the center console, and thereby place for passengers and luggage compartment remained intact.

Especially for the British market, the tuning division of Honda, Mugen, it made to release a limited edition version of its Civic Type R. Only 20 lucky winners will have the opportunity to hold such vehicle, each of them will be divided by the sum of 38 499 pounds. Honda Civic Type R MUGEN will be produced in the Japanese company’s factory in Northampton (UK), and future owners of the hot hatchback will have the opportunity to participate in the assembly of their cars. The engine of the Civic Type R MUGEN is a 2.0-liter i-VTEC from the standard model, but its power was increased by 20% to 240k.s. This is achieved through forged pistons, new camshafts and modified intake and exhaust systems. The car has also received limited slip differential, sport brake system with 4-stroke thickness and wrought aluminum wheels, which are dressed with high-performance tires and the weight of each one of them is only 7.85 kilograms.

The European version of the updated Honda CR-V will debut next week in Frankfurt, as it comes with more powerful and eco-turbo 2.2-liter engine which will now be available with a new automatic transmission. External changes Honda CR-V includes new bumpers, grille and wheels, and interior materials are available for more design and more powerful audio system. Moreover, the vehicle can now be ordered in colors of the passenger compartment Alabaster Silver, Premium White Pearl and Urban Titanium. Although Honda does not give information on all engines, which will be renewed for sale CR-V, in a press release stating that the current 2.2-liter turbo engine is upgraded and is now available as a five-speed manual transmission and a new five – automatic. The power of that diesel has risen to 150 h.p. and maximal torque reaches 350Nm., even at 2 000 rev/min.

The Head of Honda drag recently confirmed rumors that the company is introducing a new crossover. It is called Accord Crosstour and as implied by its name is based on the model Accord. More information is not currently reported, as is clear is that Accord Crosstour will appear on the U.S. market in the autumn and will have both versions of the drive to the front wheels, and 4×4. Expected appearance of the Honda Accord Crosstour is similar to that of the concept Acura ZDX (picture) which was presented at the exhibition in New York in April, and the price of the new crossover is about 25 000 USD. The model of Honda will be really impressive from the pictures were found in the website of the company.

Stream MPV popular model of the Japanese company Honda receives refreshing facelift, which includes minor cosmetic and mechanical improvements and the introduction of a new level of equipment RST. Honda Stream has received new bumpers, side thresholds radiator grille and wheels, and the suspension is radically changed, thanks to a trip by car became more comfortable. Honda decided to madden their fans by running two photos of European Mugen Civic Type-R, not reported whether the vehicle has received only styling changes or are made and mechanical improvements. Of photographs shows that the hottest Civic version received very aggressive appearance thanks to the overall bodykit including new front bumper, radiator grille, side and rear bumper aprons, with its built-in Venturis and enlarged ends of the exhaust system, and and air holes on the front cover and massive rear spoiler. As already mentioned, by Honda not to disclose information to the engine of the car, but note that the standard Civic Type-R is driven by the 2.0-liter I-VTEC engine with a power 200 h.p. which is combined with 6-stage mechanical transmission.
